Product introduction
HYEKL-4 short circuit ground fault indicator is a real-time monitoring device installed on ring network switches, cable branch boxes, and box-type transformers in power distribution network systems to indicate short circuits and single-phase ground faults in corresponding cable sections. When a line failure occurs, workers can quickly determine the fault section and find the fault point with the help of the indicator's alarm indication. At the same time, the alarm information can be sent to the server of the monitoring center in real time, and the area and specific location of the fault will be displayed on the screen of the monitoring computer, guiding line inspectors to quickly determine the fault section and find the fault point.
Main functions
1. Short-circuit alarm indicates that the short-circuit sensor detects the current of the line during operation. When a short-circuit fault occurs on the line, the current reaches or exceeds the setting of the short-circuit current.
When on duty, the short-circuit sensor sends out an alarm signal, which is transmitted to the host through wires (optical fibers). After the host receives this signal, it generates a corresponding alarm signal.
2. The ground sensor detects the zero-sequence current of the line during operation. When a ground fault occurs on the line and the ground current reaches or exceeds the set value of the ground current, the ground sensor sends an alarm signal and transmits it to the host through the wire (optical fiber). After the host receives this signal, it generates a corresponding alarm indication signal.
3. The low-voltage alarm indication host is powered by batteries. When the battery voltage is lower than the normal voltage, a voltage alarm indication will be generated to remind the staff to replace the battery.
4. Automatic reset. When the indicator sends an alarm signal, if there is no manual reset, the indicator can automatically reset after the setting time.
5. Manual reset. When the indication generates an alarm, the alarm can be released by pressing the "Reset/Test" button on the indication host panel for 2 seconds.
6. Automation: After the indicator generates the corresponding alarm indication signal, the alarm signal can be output to remote transmission. The indicator can also receive a reset signal from a remote location and perform a remote reset operation on the indicator.
7. Test: The indicator can perform self-test.
Technical parameters
1. Short-circuit current alarm: 200A-1000A error ±10%. The factory setting is greater than 20ms when 800A is short-circuited.
2. Ground current alarm: 10A-150A error ±10%. The factory setting is 20A and the ground delay is greater than 200ms.
3. Working power supply: ER14505 battery 3.6V (validity period is not less than 8 years)
