Monitor JCQ-C1
1. Purpose and characteristics
The JCQ-C1 arrester monitor (hereinafter referred to as the monitor) is a device that works in series under the arrester to record the number of arrester operations and monitor the leakage current of the arrester. It is suitable for various types of zinc oxide arresters with voltage levels of 330kV and below. The environmental conditions used are the same as those of the connected arresters.
The characteristics of this monitor are digital thousand-digit cyclic counting, eye-catching counting indication, accurate leakage current monitoring, alarm indication, and the product is resistant to vibration.
2. Structure and performance
The monitor is mainly composed of an aluminum alloy integrally cast outer cover and flange, an insulating ceramic sleeve, a sealing gasket and a valve plate, a rectifier, a three-digit electromagnetic counter, a current measurement circuit, an electronic alarm circuit, and a protection circuit.
Under normal use, the number of operations of the arrester is indicated by a digital electromagnetic counter with a counting carry function. The counting indication is accurate. It will automatically return to zero after the thousands digit is reached, and the cumulative counting operation will continue to cycle without clearing.
The leakage current of the arrester is directly reflected by the pointer ammeter through the current measurement circuit. The measurement indication range is: 0 ~ 3 mA. When the leakage current exceeds 1.5 mA, the alarm indicator light changes from white to red, and an alarm indication is issued.
Various performance indicators of the monitor comply with the national machinery industry standard JB/T2440-1991 "Discharge Counter for Lightning Arrester" and JB/T10492-2004 "Monitor for AC Gapless Metal Oxide Arrester" standard
