Monitor JCQ-C1

1. Purpose and characteristics

The JCQ-C1 arrester monitor (hereinafter referred to as the monitor) is a device that works in series under the arrester to record the number of arrester actions and monitor the arrester's leakage current. It is suitable for all types of zinc oxide arresters with voltage levels of 330kV and below, and the environmental conditions used are the same as those of the connected arresters.

The characteristics of this monitor are digital thousands of cyclic counting, the counting indication is eye-catching, the leakage current monitoring is accurate, with alarm indication, and the product is resistant to vibration.

2. Structure and performance

The monitor is mainly composed of an aluminum alloy integrally cast outer cover and flange, insulating porcelain sleeve, gasket and valve disc, rectifier, three-digit digital electromagnetic counter, current measurement circuit, electronic alarm circuit, and protection circuit.

Under normal use, the number of actions of the arrester is indicated by a digital electromagnetic counter with counting carry function, the counting indication is accurate, and the number of thousands will automatically return to zero when the number of thousands is full, and the cumulative counting will continue to work without clearing.

The leakage current of the arrester is directly indicated and reflected by the pointer ammeter through the current measurement circuit. The measurement indication range is 0～3 mA. When the leakage current exceeds 1.5 mA, the alarm indicator turns from white to red, and an alarm indication is issued.

The performance indicators of the monitor conform to the national machinery industry JB/T2440-1991 "Discharge Counter for Lightning Arrester" standard, JB/T10492-2004 "Monitor for AC Gapless Metal Oxide Lightning Arrester" standard
