1. Scope of use

The overvoltage online monitor produced by our company is an intelligent discharge recording instrument with a high-performance microprocessor as the core component. It is a precision electronic instrument. When used, it must meet the following working conditions without special requirements and permissions:

1.Power supply voltage: 220V±5% AC/DC

2.Input signal: ≮200A peak

3. Ambient temperature: -5℃ ~ +45℃; average temperature within 24 hours: < +40℃

4. Installation site altitude: 2000m and below

5. Atmospheric conditions: The monthly average relative humidity of the installation site is ≤90%, and the average temperature of the month is ≤+25℃

For damage caused by unauthorized use beyond the scope, our company is not responsible for the warranty during the warranty period (see the warranty terms on the following page for the warranty period), but we can provide paid maintenance services.

This product is a supporting product of our company's three-phase combined overvoltage protector. It monitors system overvoltage online in real time and records the time and phase of overvoltage occurrence. It can also be used in other places that meet the requirements and require overvoltage recording.

After you receive the overvoltage online monitor, please carefully open the outer packaging of the product and check the accessories according to the carton packaging list on the next page. If there is any damage or missing, please contact our company's sales department through the appropriate channel, and our company will solve the problems you find within a short time.


2. Packing list

3. Introduction to functions and principles

Once the protected equipment generates overvoltage, the combined overvoltage protector protects the equipment by increasing its own current and discharging the overvoltage energy. The protectorThe operating current is input to the monitor through a high-performance signal sensor. The input signal is optically isolated, signal shaped, and input to the microprocessor. Once the microprocessor receives the signal, it immediately queries the three input signals, and records and processes the query results and corresponding time. The initial time of the system can be set through keyboard input; the recorded results can be arbitrarily queried; the stored recorded results can be cleared if necessary.

The display output part includes a six-digit digital display and four-way signal light indication. Under normal circumstances, the LCD part displays the real-time time and the running signal light flashes; when overvoltage occurs, the overvoltage phase signal part indicates the current discharge phase situation; the query results are displayed during query. Power monitoring and power-off protection circuits ensure that all recording results are saved in the event of system reset and power outage. Through the RS485 serial communication interface, data can be transmitted with the host computer.


4. The functions and features of the overvoltage online monitor are as follows:

1. The device is designed to be anti-interference and will not be interfered by the strong magnetic field generated by overvoltage. The input signal range is: 0.1mA~200A.

2. It has the function of indicating the discharge phase signal at the current moment.

3. It has the function of recording discharge time, which can be recorded in phases, divided into seven forms: phase-to-phase and phase-to-ground.

4. The discharge record content can be arbitrarily queried.

5. The internal clock of the instrument can still ensure accurate timing after power failure, which can avoid the trouble of adjusting the time after power failure.

6. The data in the memory has a power-off protection function, which ensures that the recorded data will not be lost during the retention period (100 years).

7. Designed with an RS485 communication interface, it can realize multi-machine networking and data transmission with the host computer, form the required data files on the host computer, and perform operations such as saving, editing or printing.
