3. Brief introduction of function and principle
Once the protected equipment generates overvoltage, the combined overvoltage protector protects the equipment by increasing its own current to discharge the overvoltage energy, and the protector action current is input to the monitor via a high-performance signal sensor. The input signal is photoelectrically isolated, signal shaped, and input to the microprocessor. Once the microprocessor receives the signal, it will immediately query the three input signals, and record and process the query results and the corresponding time. The initial time of the system can be set by keyboard input; the recorded results can be arbitrarily searched; the stored recorded results can be cleared when necessary.
The display output part includes a six-digit digital display and four-way signal lamp indication. Under normal circumstances, the LCD part displays the real-time time and the running signal lamp flashes; when an overvoltage occurs, the overvoltage phase signal part indicates the current discharge phase situation; the query result is displayed during query . Power monitoring and power-down protection circuit can ensure that all recorded results are saved in the case of system reset and power-off. Through the RS485 serial communication interface, data transmission can be carried out with the upper computer.
