
HYJCQ type arrester three-phase discharge monitor (hereinafter referred to as the monitor) is a high-tech electronic instrument that connects a high-precision digital collector in series to the ground wire of the arrester and is used to monitor the leakage current of the arrester and record the number of discharges and discharge time of the arrester.
The HYJCQ arrester three-phase discharge monitor can completely replace the ordinary JS-8 discharge counter and JCQ arrester three-phase discharge monitor. The instrument has a simple display interface and a sophisticated monitoring system, which can dynamically monitor related parameters such as arrester leakage current and number of operations. It is equipped with a 485 communication interface and wireless communication system, which facilitates the formation of a comprehensive automation system and is suitable for use in intelligent substations.
The HYJCQ arrester three-phase discharge monitor is mainly composed of a high-precision digital collector and an intelligent display unit (as shown in Figure 1). The arrester is grounded through a high-precision digital collector attached to the device. The digital collector collects the leakage current signal and discharge current signal of the arrester, and transmits the data to the central processor of the device through the isolation conversion unit to record the number of arrester actions, action time and leakage current. The intelligent display unit can measure the unbalanced leakage current at the three-phase center point based on the different phase relationships of the three-phase leakage current of the arrester, and can determine the early failure of the arrester through the sensitive characteristics of the neutral point current.

This device has sound alarm and display alarm functions. The device can sound alarm and display alarm according to the leakage current of the three-phase arrester and the neutral point current value. When one of the four current values exceeds the standard, the device alarm system can be triggered. The neutral point current has extremely high alarm sensitivity. When the three phases are normal (balanced), the zero-sequence current is extremely small. If an arrester fails early and the leakage current slightly increases, the zero-sequence current will increase several times, so it can very sensitively determine whether the arrester is working normally.

HYJCQ arrester three-phase discharge monitor can sensitively and accurately measure arrester leakage current and discharge times. The monitor has the advantages of accurate counting, large storage capacity, intelligent query, simple display interface, small structure, and panel installation. The performance of the arrester three-phase discharge monitor meets the requirements of the standard JB/T10492-2011 "Monitoring Device for Metal Oxide Arrester". Its main performance: the discharge counter has a waveform of 8/20us, amplitude: 50A~100kA, can operate accurately and reliably, has low residual voltage, and has a huge current capacity. The leakage current display range is 0~3mA.
