The fuse is composed of a melt tube, a porcelain tube, a fastening flange, a rod-shaped post insulator and a wiring cap. Use the press-fitting method to fix the wiring caps and melt tubes at both ends in the porcelain tube, and then use the fastening flange to fix the porcelain sleeve on the rod-shaped pillar insulator.
The melt tube uses raw materials with high silicon oxide content as the arc extinguishing medium, and small-diameter metal wires are used as fuses. When overload current or short-circuit current passes through the melt tube, the fuse melts immediately, and the arc occurs in several parallel narrow slits. The metal vapor in the arc penetrates into the quartz sand and is strongly dissociated, quickly extinguishing the arc. Therefore, this fuse has good performance and large breaking capacity.


Installation and use
1. The fuse allows horizontal or vertical installation.
2. If the data of the melt tube does not match the operating voltage and rated current of the line, it must not be connected to the line for use.
3. After the melt tube is blown, the user can disassemble the wiring cap and replace the melt tube with the same specifications and performance requirements.
