The main function of this device is to test the performance of the zinc oxide arrester. When using this equipment, you need to use appropriate measurement methods. Characteristics of the zinc oxide arrester: The tester uses an advanced microcomputer as the control component and is intelligently operated. It has the advantages of strong anti-interference ability, accurate and reliable measurement, powerful functions, and easy operation. It is an ideal test instrument for testing the AC electrical parameters of the zinc oxide lightning converter on site and in the laboratory. This machine adopts a large-screen LCD display, all with Chinese character menu operations, and is easy to use: to ensure the reliability of the data, various measurement methods can be used, such as the secondary test method, laboratory method, online current method, high-precision sampling processing circuit, advanced Fourier analysis technology, reference voltage input 0.1A safety tube, internal isolation transformer of the instrument, complete isolation of the instrument and the on-site test, and double insurance to ensure the safety of the test result.


It has parameters such as the peak output of the fundamental wave of the resistive current and the angle between the fundamental current and the fundamental voltage. The output parameters are stable and easy to judge the quality of the arrester; it has an edge phase correction function to eliminate the interference of live tests; the instrument comes with a rechargeable battery and can work continuously for more than 3 hours without 220V AC power; it has a calendar clock and a micro printer; it can store 1024 sets of measurement data; it is equipped with an RS-232 communication interface, which can upload data to a computer for processing.


1. PT secondary method detection:

If it is carried out on-site, it can be electrified, and the voltage control signal is obtained through the PT secondary side, and the wiring is carried out according to the standard working method. Before turning on the instrument, connect the ground wire of the instrument to the on-site safety ground wire. The red system test wire is the voltage wire, and the black system test wire is the current wire. The reference standard voltage data input and output signals are mainly taken from the secondary side of the PT box. If the arrester under test is A-phase, connect the "reference different voltage as input" terminal of these instruments to the A-phase, the red clip to the A terminal, the black clip to the neutral point (ground), and so on; the leakage current information input is taken from both ends of the arrester counter, and the extracted signal is connected to the "leakage detection current calculation input" terminal of the instrument, the red clip is connected to the upper end of the counter, and the black clip is grounded.


2. Laboratory offline testing:

If it is an offline laboratory test, before starting up, first connect the ground terminal of the instrument to the laboratory ground wire. The "reference voltage input" of the instrument is connected to the output terminal of the transformer control box through the voltage test line; the upper end of the arrester is connected to the high-voltage end of the test transformer, the lower end of the arrester is connected to the red clip of the "leakage current input" of the instrument, and the black clip of the "leakage current input" is connected to the high-voltage tail (ground).
