Common exception analysis and handling:
The leakage current meter is zero. Possible reasons for this phenomenon include:
(1) The meter indication fails,
(2) Short-circuit the ammeter with the shielded wire.
(1) Treatment: Tap the meter gently with your hand to see if it is stuck. If it cannot be restored, you should add a missing order, repair or replace it.
(2) Treatment: Use a Ringer rod to separate the contact point between the shielded wire and the conductive part of the arrester, and then it can return to normal.
The leakage current meter indication is too high:
Based on the analysis of historical data, if the meter is found to be full, it should be judged that there is a problem with the arrester, and the dispatcher should be reported immediately to remove the arrester from operation and perform maintenance and inspection.
The porcelain sleeve of the lightning arrester ruptured and discharged. Under power frequency conditions, the porcelain bushing of the arrester is used to ensure the necessary insulation level of the arrester. If the porcelain bushing ruptures and discharges, it will become a potential accident hazard for the power system. In this case, it should be stopped and replaced in time.
There is a discharge sound inside the arrester (arrester manufacturer, European cable joint, cold shrink cable terminal). Under power frequency conditions, no current passes through the arrester. Therefore, there should be no sound. If there is abnormal sound in the arrester during operation, it is considered that the arrester is damaged and loses its function, and single-phase grounding may occur. In this case, the dispatcher should be reported immediately to remove the arrester from operation and replace it.
