Purpose of the device: According to the national standard GB/T-12325, the voltage drop of my country's transmission lines needs to be within - 10% ~ +7%. In order to ensure that the actual voltage level of distribution lines is within the allowable range of electrical equipment, the length of the line should generally be kept within a reasonable distance and should not be overloaded. The actual situation is often that as people's living standards continue to improve, the electricity load also continues to increase. Due to limited conditions, many lines can only be extended accordingly. The increase in lines and electricity load causes their own impedance to increase accordingly. As a result, the line voltage cannot remain relatively stable. When the actual voltage exceeds the allowable fluctuation range of normal voltage, the end user voltage even exceeds the operating voltage range of electrical equipment. It will inevitably seriously affect the normal use of the power system and electrical equipment, making it impossible to use or damage electrical appliances. In my country's rural distribution network, most lines commonly have conditions such as excessive power supply radius, small wire diameter, and strong time-varying load fluctuations. Therefore, substandard voltage at the end of lines in my country's rural distribution network is inevitable. Electrical equipment: Voltage quality has a direct impact on the safe and economical operation of various types of equipment. Taking an asynchronous motor as an example, if the voltage decreases, the voltage torque will decrease, resulting in an increase in slip, which will significantly increase the stator and rotor currents, causing the motor temperature to rise, and may even burn the motor. On the contrary, when the voltage is too high, the excitation current and iron loss will increase greatly, causing the motor to overheat and reduce efficiency. Low voltage will also affect the use of household appliances. When the voltage is 10% lower than the rated voltage, the flux of the incandescent lamp is reduced by 30%; when the voltage is 10% higher than the rated voltage, the life of the bulb is reduced by half. Low voltage will also affect a series of problems such as air conditioning operation, mobile phone charging, and TV signal reception capabilities. System loss: When the transmission power is certain, the system loss is inversely proportional to the square of the operating voltage. If the voltage decreases, the current and loss will increase, and the system loss will also become larger. The unbalanced operation of the distribution transformer will increase the neutral current, increase the copper loss and iron loss of the transformer, reduce the operating efficiency of the transformer, and affect the safe operation of the transformer. Product Introduction: HYDVT The series of smart line low-voltage voltage regulators are line-specific voltage regulators developed mainly for the poor and unstable power supply quality caused by long power supply lines and large load fluctuations in my country's rural 380V/220V low-voltage distribution networks, such as power supply voltage drops and large voltage drops. 5. Product advantages and features:

The working mechanism of the voltage regulating device is: connect the smart line low-voltage voltage regulating device in series near the load at the end of the line. When the load voltage is qualified, the voltage regulating device stops working and enters the bypass state; when the voltage at the load is lower than the lower limit of the specified value or higher than the upper limit of the specified voltage, the voltage regulating device is automatically put in, and the voltage at the load is adjusted to AU, so that the voltage at the load reaches the qualified voltage value. 

The principle of the HYDVT three-phase low-voltage voltage regulating device is similar to this, except that three phases are used to regulate the voltage of the neutral line separately, so that the three-phase voltage regulation does not interfere, and avoids the problem that the regulating mechanism is difficult to handle due to the unbalanced three-phase voltage of one phase being low and the voltage of another phase being high. Three-phase co-modulation products can also be selected according to the load category of the site conditions. 

The device consists of a dedicated controller for intelligent line voltage regulation, a single-phase transformer, a tap changer, a box and other components. 

Intelligent control: The product takes the target voltage as the criterion, adopts the target optimization algorithm, and can operate automatically or manually. Using a special tap-changer, the voltage can be adjusted without inrush current. Taking boost regulation as an example, as shown in the figure, the outlet voltage of the terminal transformer is Us, and the load current forms a voltage drop on the line. When the line is too long or the load increases, the voltage at L2 may be lower than the minimum allowed value of the rated voltage. Install a series voltage regulating device at L2. The device is in boost mode and increases the voltage by AU, so that the voltage UL at the load end is increased to U+l::..U to reach the rated voltage value. 220V+7% Us v According to the voltage and load requirements of the power grid and electrical equipment, it is easy to expand the capacity and the voltage adjustment is smoother.
