1. Product introduction


The turn-adjustable arc suppression coil is made with multiple taps on the arc suppression coil, and the on-load switch is used to control the tapping of the taps. When the power grid is running, the computer system monitors the changes in the capacitance and current of the power grid in real time, and at the same time controls the on-load switch to control the tap of the arc suppression coil, so that the arc suppression coil is in the most compensated state, and the neutral point voltage deviation of the grid does not exceed the regulations The required 15%. There is a damping resistor in series in the zero sequence loop to avoid resonance in the power grid.

4.working principle


The turn-adjustable arc suppression coil is provided with multiple taps in the arc suppression coil, and an on-load voltage regulator switch is used to adjust the taps of the arc suppression coil to change the inductance value. In the normal operation of the power grid, the microcomputer controller measures the amplitude and phase change of the current flowing through the isolation coil to calculate the capacitance current to ground in the current mode of the power grid. According to the preset minimum residual current value or detuning degree, The on-load tap is adjusted by the controller to adjust it to the required compensation gear. After a ground fault occurs, the residual current at the fault point can be limited within the set range. The normal operation adopts the over-compensation method, and the ground loop of the arc suppression coil is connected with a damping resistor in series.


The grounding line selection module of the device adopts the active power method to select the grounding line in the case of a ground fault, that is, when a ground fault occurs, the active power of each line is collected, and the line with the largest active power is the fault line.

(1) Control panel


The function of the microcomputer control screen is to collect and process the Uo, Uab and neutral point current Io from the voltage transformer in real time, and the zero sequence current of each high-voltage outgoing line, so as to calculate the capacitance current value to be compensated, and control the arc suppression coil in Ideal compensation gear. When a ground fault occurs, while compensating and alarming, the active power of each outgoing line is compared, and the grounding line is selected. The composition and performance of the microcomputer control panel and the capacity adjustment device control panel are basically the same.


(2), damping resistance cabinet


In order to prevent the generation of series resonance overvoltage, a damping resistor is connected in series in the ground loop of the arc suppression coil. The damping resistance is made of stainless steel resistance with high temperature resistance and excellent performance. When a single-phase ground fault occurs in the system, the system will short-circuit the damping resistance to avoid burning the damping resistance; when the system returns to normal, disconnect the short contact point of the damping resistance to make the damping The resistance is normally connected in series in the arc suppression coil circuit, otherwise the system may lose the damping resistance and cause resonance overvoltage.

The turn-adjustable arc suppression coil is provided with several taps on the coil of the arc suppression coil, corresponding to different inductances.
